Please note that "WidgetReview" is a product and trade name operated by "Individual entrepreneur Kasparova Irina", the official legal entity responsible for the services provided under these terms.
2. Description of ServiceWidgetReview is a SaaS platform provided by "Individual entrepreneur Kasparova Irina" that offers embeddable review widgets for aggregating and displaying customer reviews from multiple platforms.
- 3. User AccountsYou must register for an account to access the service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account
- 4. Subscription and PaymentsSubscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
- Free trial periods do not require payment information
- Subscription tiers: Start ($14/mo), Pro ($29/mo), Enterprise (custom pricing)
- Usage limits apply based on subscription tier (50,000 impressions for Start plan, 250,000 impressions for Pro plan)
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds for partial months of service
5. Data Usage and PrivacyYour use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitations of LiabilityWidgetReview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
7. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes.
